If you're a beginner to smoothies, you may be hesitant to make one since you've never tried one before and don't want it to be nasty. So, I present to you: 5 delicious green smoothie recipes for beginners!

For a sweeter smoothie, use 1 tbsp of Grade B maple syrup, raw agave nectar, or 1 pitted medjool date.

- 1 rib of celery
- ¼ cucumber (peeled if not organic)
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple

- 1-2 cups of coconut water (unpasteurized)
