How to Look like Alana Blanchard (Pt. 2: Makeup)
Apply a thin base
Try something with SPF, as she's a surfer and doesn't wear heavy foundation. I recommend a tinted moisturizer or BB Cream. My fave is Olay Fresh Effects BB Cream. It gives you a flawless glow and coverage, as well. If you have spots that need coverage, use an opaque stick concealer. If you suffer from under eye bags, use an under eye brightening concealer to fix that. Also, powder the T Zone only if you suffer from oily skin. If you don't, skip that step.
Get a dark tan
Bronzer is key for an Alana Blanchard look since she's very tan. Opt for a liquid bronzer, such as NARS Laguna Illuminator, for a dewy, surfed-all-day glow. If you have oily skin, however, opt for a matte bronzer, like Benefit Hoola or NYC Sunny, and put this where the sun naturally would tan your face. Use this along your cheeks, chin, hairline, temples, down your nose, and remember to blend down your neck. Using a matte bronzer will still give basically the same sun-kissed effect, but is a better choice if you have an oily complexion. Use a shimmery bronzer, too, like the one made by Wet N Wild or ELF, and put this onto the apples of your cheeks (like how you would apply blush), as Alana has a very bronzy glow. Possibly try to get an actual tan from the sun, as well, so you still have sun-kissed skin even after you remove your makeup. Remember to use sunscreen when sunbathing. Fake tan also works well. Depending on who you're going to, spray tan fades almost completely after you shower the next day, and can be streaky and blotchy sometimes, so I recommend a quality self tanner. Victoria's Secret makes good self tanners. One of my favorites from VS is their Instant Bronzing Tinted Body Spray. Their Beach Sexy line carries good self tanners, as well.
Contour your features to resemble Alana's
Alana doesn't have very pronounced cheekbones, but she does have a slender nose. Use a light-medium matte brown eyeshadow along the sides of your nose as contour. Be sure to blend. To contour your face, use the same light-medium matte brown eyeshadow along your jawline to get Alana's somewhat angular, heart-shaped face.

Shape your eyebrows
Alana has more of a rounded eyebrow in comparison to a soft-angled eyebrow. This eyebrow shape compensates for, or softens, her sharp jawline. Alana also has full eyebrows that are nicely groomed and have a natural arch to them, so be sure to keep your eyebrows groomed and not extremely hairy. Use an eyebrow pencil in a light/dark brown shade to fill in your brows and shape them, then blend in with a spoolie. Use a clear mascara of eyebrow gel to comb through your brows and set everything into place.
Practice Alana's eye makeup
Alana wears heavier eye makeup, so you may need some practice. For the first eye makeup look, start by using a bronze cream eyeshadow (Maybelline Bad to the Bronze works fine), all over your eyelid and blending well into the crease. Next, take a taupe eyeshadow, like Satin Taupe from Mac or Tapestry Taupe from CoverGirl, and use a flat shader eyeshadow brush. Pop this all over your cream eyeshadow to set the cream shadow (and keep it from creasing) as well as running it along your lower lashline for some definition. Then take a black eyeliner pencil, and apply this along your upper tightline, upper lashline, and lower outer corner. Use a white eyeliner on your waterline to make your eyes look brighter and stand out. Finally, curl your eyelashes and apply a few coats of black mascara to your lower and upper lashes.
Complete the makeup with nude lips
Use a nude lipstick with pink undertones and apply a clear lipgloss on top of that. Alana wears nude lips in almost all of her pictures, so be sure to keep with that look, as it'll balance out the heavy eye makeup. As for lipstick, I recommend one by Maybelline or CoverGirl. Find one that suits you, personally.
